This versatile mustard green has a mild, fresh, slightly peppery taste and adds bite to fresh salads or can be used in cooking. The plant is vigorous, producing an abundance of serrated leaves which can be cut off as a clump from the base which will then re-shoot. Cold and frost hardy.
